How Should You Talk About Your Anxiety?

 

This is a great question that came up in the Facebook group a few days ago, so I thought it was worth 15 minutes or so to talk about it.

Are you worried about what people will think about you or if you’re disappointing them or making them upset? Are you always speaking passively and just describing how you feel, or are you ready to adopt a more constructive active voice that reflects ongoing recovery?
